Sorline Technical Service Policy
At Sorline Energy Systems, our primary goal is to keep your energy infrastructure running smoothly 24/7 at maximum efficiency and to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. To this end, we serve every region of Turkey with our expert teams, backed by 30 years of established industry background and field experience.
Our Core Principles
To focus on facility continuity and customer satisfaction under all circumstances,
To employ trained and highly experienced staff in energy systems,
To provide uninterrupted, proactive technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
To respond on site to problems as quickly as possible in the event of a fault,
To follow a philosophy of getting to the root of the problem and delivering permanent solutions,
To keep our extensive, well-equipped service network at our customers' disposal at all times.
Under special maintenance contracts (SLA - Service Level Agreement), we minimize downtime by responding to your equipment on site within time frames set according to the criticality of your facility (for example, within 8 hours or 24 hours).
Our Advantages
We provide service across Turkey with our trained expert service technicians and authorized solution partners. In addition to EV charging stations, we offer professional technical service for the on-site commissioning, periodic maintenance and repair of Uninterruptible Power Supplies, rectifiers, inverters, converters and voltage regulators.

Tescom & Sorline
The founders and technical team of Sorline Energy Systems served as Tescom's solution partner for many years. Today, alongside its own products, Sorline Energy Systems provides authorized-service-level support for all Tescom product groups, as it has done “since the founding of the Tescom brand”.
Brand-Independent Service
We provide expert-level service not only for our own brand but also for equipment from many other brands in the industry.
Comprehensive Spare Parts
We keep extensive stock of critical components to shorten repair times.
24/7 Preventive Maintenance
With periodic maintenance packages, faults are detected before they occur, preventing repair costs.
Remote Monitoring
Your equipment is monitored remotely. Alarms are routed to our center and prompt action is taken according to the nature of the fault.
Why Is Maintenance Necessary?
Environmental Condition Risks
Equipment must be protected against factors such as dust and humidity. The risk of failure increases exponentially in equipment that is not maintained.
- ▪ Cooling System Blockage: Dust clogs the fans, causing overheating and burnout.
Consumable Part Risks
- ▪ AC-DC capacitors and fans have a limited physical lifespan. If they are not replaced, they damage the main boards.
Unauthorized Intervention Risks
- ▪ Connections tightened to the wrong torque by unqualified personnel can cause fires inside the panel.

Why Should Batteries Be Maintained?
Physical Cleaning
External surfaces must be kept free of dust and moisture. A conductive layer causes current leakage.
Oxidation Risk
Terminal posts must be cleaned to prevent oxidation and coated with protective grease.
Torque Checks
Connection terminals loosened by vibration and heat must be tightened to the proper values.
Charging and Current
Plates charged at the wrong voltage become sulfated, or the battery's internal structure dries out and swells.
Chain Failure
A single faulty battery in a series-connected string can render all the healthy batteries unusable.
Temperature Control
Battery room temperature should be 20-25°C. High temperatures cut chemical lifespan in half.
Why Is Capacity Testing Important?
Initial Commissioning
A test should be performed at installation to verify factory data and discharge times.
Capacity Loss
Performed when life expectancy has decreased by 25% to see how long the system can carry the load.
Internal Resistance Increase
Measures the real performance under load of battery strings whose internal resistance (ohm) has increased significantly.
Proactive Protection
Prevents surprises during a power outage and allows action to be taken before a failure.
